Calling this a fix is a bit misleading as this doesn't fix any issues with ROM, just forwards the records for the amulet and makes the (subjective) change to allow disenchanting the amulet.
I suppose it's more of an incompatibility fix. However, it does fix the problem so it is a fix in the end. And being able to disenchant it is the optional version purely for those who want to use it. I have also removed the word "bug" and replaced it with "incompatibility" so it's less misleading.
Agree, not a fix. It's a compatibility patch - forwarding settings from RoM. Your naming implies that there is an issue with RoM, which is not the case.
