   Can you make a version where the blast happens when he says "SPARTA" cause in the video it looks like the enemy gets blown away on "IS"

      The issue is that "This is Sparta" is longer to say than "Fus Ro Dah" and the only solution I can think of would be to delay the blast itself accordingly. I personally do not know if and how it is possible to do it and also if it is possible to do it so that the delay only happens with Unrelenting Force rather than with all shouts; sadly, I do not have the time to research this and implement a solution.

      Sounds like you need to accelerate the speed of the sound file for "this is Sparta".
