idk what im doing wrong but when i enter the manor svidi is not even in the house, i've quit the game and reloaded on saves and she still has yet to appear. am i doing anything wrong or am i just stupid?
Sometimes newly added NPCs do not appear in their cell, and what you did is the correct way to fix it: close the game and reload, this usually fixes it. Other thing you can do: 1 check that both Mod and Plugin are enabled in your mod manager. 2 ingame, type in console help svidi so you can check that the NPC exists. 3 check all 3 floors of the house (she should be on the upper floor but you never know).
OK how do you get into the Manor without getting in trouble???/ when your in there Svidi tells you you're not supposed to be there and calls the Riftin Guards on you!!! You should always Place your Mod in a PUBLIC SPACE so as to not have problems getting the follower to use the "follow me" dialog!
Can confirm, the house is open during the day and you can recruit her. If you go there when the house is locked and you lockpick the door of course they will call the guards lol

Other thing you can do:
