Something I noticed about the doors at the College is that they look better from the back side than the front side (technically the front is better, but since that is always the away side, I call it the back). But you will never see the backside. Doors open away from you. Go through a door and it opens away. Turn around and go through it again, and it opens away. I have a fix. Inside your data folder create a new notepad document and name it Door_SWAP.ini. Inside the ini type:
then save the ini. That needs Base Object Swapper, but pretty much everyone has that. Now when you open door one. It will open away, but from inside the college, it will open towards you. It will also show the backside of the door. You'll notice that the spikes on the door look better on the back than the front. They are the same texture, so not sure why they aren't straight on one side, but they are on the other. There should be no difference at all, but that's Skyrim for ya.
Does that already have parallax? I was just looking for a really nice-looking Hrothgar, and Skyland looks very good, but I did not find a parallax patch with a search, so I made these. I haven't checkout the AIO, because I was only looking to spruce up Hrothgar.
Yes but the landscapes (caves, mountains, terrain, DLC) regarding architecture only solitude and whiterun already have parallax addons. Try skyland aio and you will see how great it is and if you can add parallax to places like riften, I would be very grateful, anyway thanks for the mod.
I have a question for you, because I didn't test those p files for Riften. How do they look in game? Instead of starting with a 4k normal I figured I save myself the download time and a step by using a 1k and not scaling it, but it may not look as good as if I made the heightmap from a 4k. Do they look alright?
