Small edits to Hert, the vampire lumberjack at Half-Moon Mill to make her stronger, a follower, and able to be married.
Due to the nature of this NPC, it seems to require a new game to see the changes. Tried my best to get the follow/marry options on an existing playthrough. Short of editing the savefile (very risky), there is no way to reset scripted NPC's that were generated before this mod is added. Correct me if I'm wrong.
