    Looking at the video, I see two points were I feel the lore arguably does not match quite with  vanilla, or maybe, could have been taken in another direction :

    In vanilla, it was a sort  inversion of the Gothir vs Val Veran rivalry, with Stalleo (half the time a Breton) being the mage (or spell blade) since his weapon was a dagger and the reward a spell, and Brurid the pure 'nordic' fighter, hiring mercenary.
    So it is a bit disappointing to lose that aspect and dress brurig as an archetypical necromancer in the video.

    The dead people in the castle are dressed in common clothes, in an area away from the nicer living quarter so likely domestic instead of the actual family, which would have allowed for a second quest or even radiant quest to help with the search

    but otherwise, it looks very nice. It is rare to have a fully voiced and coherent mode like that .

    Did you, or do you intent to, modify the darklight tower/ repentance similarly ? its "plan" and its bypass was as much of a disappointment as the sniping and lever pulling from outside for infiltration

      Brurid is described a "rogue mage" in vanilla, so the nordic warrior thing is not correct. It's always been two mages against each other. The family thing... Yeah, maybe they could've been servants, but it's up to interpretation. No plans for Darklight Tower but maybe in the future, thanks for the suggestion!

    Looking at the records. Some slight incompatibilities with Requiem, Requiem - Minor Arcana and At Your Own Pace - Thane Overhaul.

    For anyone wondering. I would suggest loading this below Requiem and Minor Arcana, and above Thane Overhaul. Or even below Thane Overhaul for the cool weapon reward, but then siding with Stalleo will not count as a favor towards Thaneship for Riften. Easily fixed with some manual patching. Though.

      Someone made a patch for Requiem, might be worth asking if they can do the same for Minor Arcana (if it's even needed).

    I feel like a path "Open the door and then confront 2+ Bandit Chiefs together with Stalleo" should be the most popular, yet you have to kill Brurid before Stalleo even enters the fort...

      Maybe Stalleo confronts Brurid IF you took Stalleo with you as Jayserpa mentioned.

      Nah, I mean "run through the fort to open the gate without going up to the tower, THEN go up to the tower with Stalleo".

    I check Xedit and see  that the AIpackages from TrevaThandom didn't get forwarded in your patch.. I was wondering If this is intentional?

    And what will happen If I forward these? 

    I would like them to "sandbox" too...

    Also, there is"CrimeFaction" not forwarded 

    Can I foward it too? :)

      I wouldn't, it's just asking for trouble. Feel free to experiment though, but they're super minor things, so you're not missing much, but it might end up breaking the quest and some of its paths.

    Anything to note regarding the property that isn't carried forward from USSEP "USKP_TreviaFrontGate" in dunTrevasWatchQST? Would carrying that forward in my own patch cause an issue?

    "If you haven't started the quest or if you've already completed the quest, it's safe to install it mid-game."  Maybe stupid comment, but if I've finished the quest what will installing the mod do?

      Nothing in that case, but some people might want to install it so it's ready to go for their next character / playthrough.

    Heh. I can't remember why, but for a long time I had Stalleo as a unique [non-UseTraits-template], protected NPC that takes up Arnold Schwarzenegger's follower mods visuals, and outfitted with the old Hyborian Barbarian armor mod included into the old Immersive Armors mod. Who knew it was really waiting for this mod!
