yeah that's a annoying hard restriction, I would prefer seeing fps going lower and lower than a fixed limit. Anyway... if dungeons mod creators would build the dungeons with good lighting in mind they can look great even with that limit, great as much as mods like lux and elfx have made to the base game and in fact there are a nice number of mods with good lighting anyway. Maybe one day I will be able to patch or even make some good dungeon mods... for now creation kit runs way too bad on my machine, I don't want to become mad, I probably need a much more powerful computer.
nice to ear that, picta version is still new and in beta version, I probably will need to make some more fixes, anyway I will stay on picta quite a long time now I think... so final version should come soon
