About this mod

This mod simply adds a little more cohesion if you're playing with the Gift of Saturalia and More Craftable Equipment.

Ho ho ho! Is it December already? Well, no of course not, but if you're the type that wants the holidays to never end well then I have something that might "patch" that itch.

Alright, enough of the pleasantries. This mod adds a new book to the game (no unique cover, nothing professional about it) that you must obtain to be able to craft any of the wonderful toys added by The Gift of Saturalia. This is similar in philosophy to my favorite smithing mod, Heim, though that mod is not a requirement. You can obtain this book in two ways.

1: Go to the source! The writer Niklas is more than happy to sell you a copy. However, if you have a mod that overwrites his merchant chest...then you'll have to go with option 2.

2: You can always pick up a free one in a certain cellar (check the pics for a very obvious hint). There's a chance that some interior mod overwrites this, I'm not big on large scale interior overhauls so I don't use them...but if there's one that bugs out with my mod, feel free to make a request (or in the spirit of giving, perhaps patch it yourself!).

Once you have this book you can now craft three toys! Two at the forge, and the doll at any loom (from MCE, check their modpage for loom locations). You can also craft the original Hearthfires Doll.

The rest of the toys can be crafted after you finish the quest, or (as in the original mod), you can simply purchase them from Niklas.

Additionally, there's a minor addon for AE where it will add the book to the Saturalia creation's merchant chest AND give you the recipe for the vampire doll from the Bloodchill Manor creation! This means that you DO NOT need any anniversary content to use my patch!

To be honest, I have not tested this mod without the creation so I'm not totally sure if it works, but it should (in theory). Someone please tell me if it doesn't. I tested it with the creation (and Jay's patch) and it went smoothly on my end. It was also a blast!

As for permissions, nothing in this thing is really mine aside from a few xEdit marks, so feel free to use my patch/recipes in any mod, free of permission. For the two mods that are most certainly NOT mine, please refer to their pages for permissions.

Thanks again to Jay and Parapets for their litany of great mods! Happy (very belated) Saturalia!
