I believe that a sliver necklace or something like this won't be ignored, it's expensive enough for me. So, if somebody stolen goods as expensive as it, I think the owner of the lost property may try to catch all possible suspects instead of playing it cool. In a word, I set the “costthreshold” to a lower value to make them treasure their stuffs, in my opinion, OG value is a little bit high.
