I love this but the animations are janky for me. Maybe I am expecting too much from a 13 year old game but when I activate to nap, the animation plays as intended however when the wait menu comes up my char immediately stands up hovering on the chair. Once the screen fades back from the nap, the animation correctly picks up from the chair. Unsure if this is a mod conflict or unavoidable Skyrim jank.
Could it be possible to just get the animations to play without the need for DAK? DAK will not work for me no matter what I try. I don't particularly want the other stuff from this mod (the NPC commentary and the back pain), but I just think the sleeping animations themselves look cool.
If you use mods such as 'Sleep Tight' and/or 'Auto Sleep for me Now,' will sleeping in a chair in this mod cause the player and/or their follower to try to sleep with the player in the chair and make them sleep in the chair in underwear? Is this mod compatible with the following mods below?
When Extended UI is installed, in order to revert the limit of the chair nap to the designed max. 3 hours, this can be fixed by UNTICKING the "Modify maximum value" box under Sleep Wait Menu in the MCM of Extended UI.
Thanks for the mod! Heads up and I'll do some more testing, but if you have Extended UI, that mod overwrites the wait/sleep menu; Even though I have this mod later in my load order. I normally have my menu set to 999 rest/wait time and that pops up 2x actually. Once when you rest. then when the resting is done, it comes up again. I'll test it again without Extended UI to see if another mod may be causing the double menu.
But, yeah, with Extended UI, it doesn't prevent you from going past the 3hr mark.
Thanks for the hint pointing at Extended UI, as I can nap in a chair longer than 3 hours and did not really know what to look for. I did not get the wait/sleep time double popup like you did, though. Anyways I will try disabling or reconfigure EX UI and see how it goes.
Also confirm that it is not gamebreaking. I can nap long time but do get the sore message and animation alright. Minor issue after all.
Hello Jay, It seem that this particular mod doesn't work for me but Immersive Interaction does (Shift + Activation works for the latter mod, I can pet horses and such) , chair still shows sit (and I sit) even though I am holding shift, any idea why this happens?
Are you in the point of the story when you're supposed to be kidnapped by the dark brotherhood? Thats the only instance when the mod is temporarily disabled. Maybe try starting a new game and seeing if you can nap on chairs, at least that would help us narrow it down.
I have yet talk to the Windhelm kid so I don't think I am at the kidnapping point (I also have iNeed installed so sleeping regularly is mandatory anyway)
I'll try starting a new one and see if it helps, will get back to this post.

Endorsed! Will continue to test.

Regardless, It's not game breaking with Extended UI; You still get the 'sore' message even going past the 3hr mark.
