Just FYI, the reason the Imperial dragon still appears on the chest emblem in certain light situations is because the normal map has not been adjusted. You don't have to redo the entire normal map to make that go away, just fill that circle in with the purple color and it will go away. It will be flat, but at least the dragon won't be there. It's also on the metal map -- chest_m -- which needs to be edited to remove it.
Well, honestly, I think that's something you need to judge for yourself.
The only thing I am unhappy with, is that I really couldn't make the metal on the hammers match the armor like I wanted to. However, I am not a hammer user anyway.
One change I would like, but don't have the skill for, is replacing the mail leggings with cloth ones. With the skirt, the mail leggings are a bit redundant. I simply don't have the programs or skills to alter the meshes.
I manually installed it and you don't have it in the right folders. It's listed as data > textures > talos etc instead of data > textures > armor > talos etc

Two things to try:
1) Make sure you are using Archive Invalidated somehow. NMM does it automatically.
2) Download manually and to into your data folder, and merge the textures files manually.
