Talos Rustic Housecarl

This is my more rustic texture of the Talos Housecarl armor by maty743.  His file is required to use this.  Install his mod first, then install my textures in over top of it. 

Things I did:

1) Made it appear more to have a worn steel patina.  Like it had been out in the rain a few times,maybe crossed a stream or two in it, etc.

2) Changed the chest medallion to a bronze wolf's head.

3) Brought out the texture on the chainmail more.

4) Brought out the colors on the leather some.

5) Changed the cape to brown and added texture to make it look like wool.

Recommended: 

I personally use the helm from the "Stormlord" armor.  (Either standalone or from the "Immersive Armors" mod)  I also use the "Shield of Solitude", a vanilla weapon, I use the "Unique Uniques" mod to change it's appearance.  I think those two items work rather well with this re-texture.

Talos Rustic Hauberk

I have done an optional version that I really like, and highly recommend.  It changes the mail leggings to dark brown wool pants, puts padded cloth under the brigandine steel plates, and extends the mail down into a leather trimmed hauberk.

It has everything the main file has, so you don't need to download both.

The only thing I wish were different was if the pants were baggy.  But that requires mesh editing, something I have no skills or software to do.
