Beautiful mod and I love your description :3 I have an idea, how about you make an optional esp that includes this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/13185
I think it would fit the charm of the whole concept :3
Oh, and Rupert's picture book is great too! That space is so full of nostalgia and tenderness, it kind of makes me want to cry... gratuitously. Now, your idea, which I personally think is lovely, is unfortunately hard to implement. The author, Levionte, has not been active on Nexus since 2017 and does not seem to have been seen on Forum; Rupert has a note in his Description saying permission from the author is required to do anything to him. If you are trying to contact Levionte to make a patch, I won't stop you, but I won't make one. Sorry.
Ah yes I see, thanks for looking that up and explaining :3 But all I mean is placing the book that comes with Rupert (you click on it to summon him) into the Book Shoppe. Would that be a modification of the original mod? I mean there should be a way to add this without editing it anyway but I am not sure. Maybe Base Object Swapper?
Premise. This mod was handed over to us as open source from the original author. Nothing wrong with you negotiating with the author of Rupert and making a patch.
>Would that be a modification of the original mod? Probably yes.
Have you read the Permissions and credits for Rupert? In other words, we cannot modify Rupert without a clear "OK" from the author. You are talking about the book, that one that fell on the beach at College of Winterhold, aren't you? I think there was an introductory quest. For consistency (if you are going to enjoy it privately, but if you are going to make it public, of course you will need support. You know this because you make mods too) the introduction notes placed in the Archeinaeum need to be changed. Also, there could be a strange problem if more than one copy of that book exists (I imagine this, though I've never excluded Rupert's CK), and even if we replace it with BOS, the original book would have to be deleted. So, again, I am not going to make a patch for Rupert. I once suffered from a CTD caused by Rupert's Zap. I'm sorry, but I don't have the energy to contact the author. I think your idea is great, so you negotiate with the author and you make the patch.
P.S.: If you want to replace it with BOS, I suggest that you swap it for some kind of book in the store. But what about a basket? Any of the three ones on the bottom of the display shelves.
It's beautiful. Compatible with JK's Skyrim. The vendor lady has the dark bug face in my game, but the low hood hides her face and it only makes her more mysterious :D I love this mod, very charming. Thank you for your work!
THANKS!!! I had missed this page. I can see a future where children who read this picture book about fairies will become adventurers and be terribly confused when they actually encounter fairies in the TES world :D ......
Hey jojo, First of all, I do not want to make a version without the bookshoppe. If you've ever visited the Lavender Garden, you know how much love the author has put into that garden and that store. I don't want to take that away and just add books. I hope you understand. Secondly, as you can see from the SSEEdit and other sources, this mod does not modify the Leveled list or Loot. The books are supposed to be a limited edition, only available in this bookshoppe. Don't worry.

* FOMOD
* Granma's face bug; why ck is throwing up an error message?
Probably only FOMOD will be implemented first.

So the term "fairytale" is perfectly valid
