Use the mouse wheel while in first person to zoom in and out, similar to Portal 2. MCM included, ESP flagged as ESL.

Recently I was playing Portal 2 and I loved the mechanic of zooming in and out with the mouse wheel. I made this in skyrim a while back for personal use but I've decided to release it here.
The controls are pretty simple, scrolling forward zooms in and scrolling back zooms back out.
Requires changing the SSE Engine Fixes setting "ScrollingDoesntSwitchPOV" to true in it's toml file.
You'll also want to set up your desired fov's in the MCM menu. The fov's there are the same as the fov console command.
If you're using Improved Camera se, disable the fov override in the fov shift+home settings.
