Valerica looks so immersive while harkon doesn't even looks terrifying a little bit... Just like an ordinary npc and bugged (invisible vampire lord)... If only you would make them separate download
For anyone who is experiencing the transformation disappearing bug (Lord Harkon disappears after he transforms to vampire lord) It's a shame to have a bug like this give us a reason not to install this mod, so this is how you fix it.
1 - First install SSEEdit and add the .exe file as an executible in MO2 2 - Launch SSEEdit and press ctrl+a to select all mods, deselect all mods, and then only select "A Makeover for Lord Harkon and Valerica" 3 - When the mod gets selected, go to the exact file (MaleNakedSkin) as this picture and delete it 4 - Click on the hamburger icon in the top left corner, and click save. 5 - Done.

I saw that someone else had the same issue. I have not been able to replicate it though. Harkon was perfectly fine in Vampire Lord form when I initially tested the mod as well as the other two times I played through Dawnguard. My only advice would be to check if you have any mods altering Vampire Lords. Remove it and test my mod. If it persists then try with this mod only installed and nothing else.
It's tedious work but it depends on how much you actually love this mod. Jokes aside, someone was nice enough to post a link to a what they felt was a much better alternative to mine. I guess try that one if you don't want to go through the trouble of testing your load order with my mod.
Can anyone refer me to any NPC replacer that make them look this detailed an realistic? most i've seen look like cartoons or super soft none detailed skins
If you install this only to find that it wasn't tested, and uninstall only to find Harkon's face now missing, you can download this mod, which is very similar to vanilla; just replace all files and you'll be back to normal.
But my personal recommendation is to give this one a pass. IMO, it doesn't even look as good in-game as pictured here.
I'm not sure where you got the idea that this mod wasn't tested. I use all my mods in my own load order. I played through Dawnguard twice with no issues. I wouldn't upload a mod that wasn't working in my own game. If you're having issues with it, then it's on your end. I can't test the mod with every possible load order.
