This mod in conjunction with Children of the North makes everyone appear naked (that is, in underwear), any possible solution apart from uninstalling it obviously?

  All this is is a texture replacer, it shouldn't be possible to cause naked NPCs.
  
  I've just tested it with Children of the North, works perfectly.
