The only way to make Get On With it and the patch to work, is to overwrite GDOS, which of course changes the doors, so this isn't technically working correctly with GDOS.
I hope we can please get a fix to work with GDOS.

P.S. I tried Glorious Doors of Skyrim (GDOS) Patch, it didn't help.
Yes the patch does not work, or only half works. The door handles and door handle decals are removed. People think it works because it's easy to miss if you have never actually seen Glorious Doors in full Glory. I turn off get on with it unfortunately because I rather have the door.
I got some problem in Helgen Reborn with the Thalmor Prison, some of the character like Faloc, Sienna and Val, could pass the door. Could your mod interfere with Helgen Reborn?
There was an issue with The Mind Of Madness that I had to fix so it's possible. Not much I can do that I know of. Could try figuring out which door model it's using and deleting that file.
