Thanks so much for this mod. It took me way too long to find a straight forward spell mod like this that would 'just work' and calm anything I pointed it at.
It's actually amazing how there doesn't seem to be any other calm spell mods out there that work without them messing about with npc factions, resetting them, cloning them etc. Especially considering how underbaked and useless the original calm spells are. This mod just does what it's supposed to without any unnecessary alterations to stuff that shouldn't be messed with.
Thank you so much for this mod! It's been life-changing in the Gate to Sovngarde collection where my four or five followers at a time can end up in endless fights with each other and fast travel is not a readily practical solution. Easy endorsement :)
Legend, I hit the "too powerful for..." and almost made my own version but thought I'd have a look for a better calm spell first, kudos to you, doing the lords work
Thanks again such a useful tool when out venturing with a group of psychopaths who can become pre-occupied trying to kill a spectral rabbit and then fighting amongst themselves while their fearless leader is fighting a dragon with a dagger. This goes on my must have for every profile.
Funny I was thinking I needed something just like this, as the vanilla calm just was cutting it and there it was as if by magic. x
Ok... due to having the "auto-calc" turned on (in CK) and the massive numbers on this spell, it cost me 16,600 magic/sec. Now, I'm a cheater, but even I haven't cheated my magic that high! Since I haven't had a functioning CK since switching to GoG, I poked around in it in xEdit. I moved the decimal over two more places in the "charm" effect and got it down to 166.

It deserves more downloads and endorsements!

Used it in combination with Follower's Framework to pacify, and then recruit a level 87 hostile forsworn.
Excellent work, kudos and endorsed.
