If you have issues with installing KreatE preset, then download my preset manually, create your own preset and put all my files in your created preset via virtual explore folder in MO2(or just open game folder and place it, if you using another mod manager)

yeah i understand it, do the thing like i said above. it's on kreate side problem - i don't know why those kreate presets don't want to be installed. create your own preset and put all my filies into your preset, now you can see changes

works fine but your KreatE preset directory is wrong should be Data/KreatE/Presets/ENB Plus 2/ then put all files inside the folder

just saw this is for cabbage 1.1, i didnt like 1.1 and am using 1.2, any plans to update (maybe ENB Plus 3?) for Cabbage 1.2 since i think 1.2 looks really good, was using Rudy NAT before but 1.2 beats that

i've installed new cabbage enb and it seems to be looking same as v1.1, maybe little brighter but it still looking good and same with my reshade preset. and there are no plans for "enb plus 3", i'm gonna support only enb plus 2. i think this update related only to support new locations mods with weather control

I noticed with reshade, some items still have an effect after being looted (opening console and clicking it shows the item still being there, idk some special item?)

yeah i noticed it too, it's affected by MXAO and probably RTGI because only this shaders adds ambient occlusion, i don't know from whose side this problem occurs - from game or reshade itself, there also same problem with fogs you can see same effect through fogs, this problem is on reshade side. i'm gonna add some known issues in description, thanks for reminding

yeah i dont think fixing the AO through fog is possible since thats just reshade, wish there was something to make it better, my only complaint is the AO through fog xd everything else looks good , decided to not use the kreate preset since its way to bright sometimes

Hmm I think I might be doing something wrong. My game's character and environment are really dark, mostly comes from Quint_MXAO. Even when outdoor and facing the sun, the MXAO added way too much shadows and dark shading that it looks like they're standing in the shade even though they're facing the sun or a fire light.

I checked Depth display and that seems to be fine from the description, but if MXAO is not working properly, maybe other things are wrong as well. I lower MXAO Ambient AMount from 1.0 to around 0.150 and it looks ok but this still bugs me because I have a feeling that something is not right

Are we supposed to also disable Cabbage's SSAO and Skyrim own native Ambient Occlusion settings? I didn't see those mentioned in the descriptions, so I assume they can be stacked on top of each other, but I guess not?

The other possibility is that my installation of RGTI is bugged somehow. I got the latest 0.36.1 version but that also just add even more dark shadows and shadings to the characters so I don't think that's it.

On all your screen shots, do you use a custom light source for screen archery? Or are those just from the game's natural lighting?

if you have issue with mxao and such heavy shaders then mostly you having wrong/not working depth buffer access.
keep cabbage ssao, mxao just works at top of it providing more occlusion and in result better image, so if you having fps issues then you can disable it, the skyrim settings should be the same as provided in cabbage enb description
the rtgi also works bad if you have wrong/not working depth buffer access
all my screenshots is with game natural lighting/light effects from magic/lanterns etc. there are no photoshop/image edits in all of my screenshots

i have the same problem, depth buffer is working fine tho

im also using DLSS and FSR3 frame gen, idk if that impacts it but i doubt it.

/edit did what u said on description page, now everything works.
but very un intutive, because if you have it wrong, it still looks like its correct, make more description would help

it's not a enb, it's a "reshade addon" for mostly "Cabbage ENB", but thanks anyway :)

Having an issue with the preset for re-shade making distant lod have polygons. I don't know if I missed something that's causing this or it's a bug

I'm having the same issue. It seems to be dictated by mxao. Honestly, makes that filter unplayable atm despite the beauty of everything up close. Any suggestions anyone on a fix beyond turning off mxao?

if you have polygons on distant lod with enabled reshade then it can be caused by sharpen/mxao/rtgi effects, you can try run game in higher resolution (if possible), looks like you have 'film grain" effect on distant lods, it's caused by sharpen effect
if you have it even without enabled reshade then it just your lods, make them ultra/extreme quailty in dyndolod and such

    Hi,

thanks for your work on this, especially the weather effort - the screenshots look quite amazing. Got some feedback if you want it, feel free to completely disregard it and consider me an idiot.

I tried your preset out and probably it is user error but the way the files are structured and the instructions are written not many users are going to be able to enjoy it.

    • Most people use mod organizer and a mod list or run their own these days. Mod Organizer installs your preset (reshade ini) into Skyrims Data folder but it needs to be at the game root. Same for installing with MO2 and Game Root module, then you need to put the ini files in a parent folder called ''Root" for them to go into the game's root (Skyrim/ENBPlus2.ini).
    • People in the posts here have complained that KreatE does not find the preset. This is because the directory structure here is not correct either, from another KreatE preset here on Nexus it looks like it needs to be /Skyrim/Data/KreatE/Presets/ENBPlus2/...

    Edit: Nobody needs this.
Edit 2: f*#@ it I know to little

      sorry for late reply
recently i do a research and kreate preset don't want to install with or without data folder via mod manager (i'm using mo2) and such, so i suggest to putting all files manually via virtual explore folder in mo2 or just manually place it in your game directory if using another mod manager.
or create a custom preset and put all my files from my kreate preset in your created kreate preset folder, that's all
i really don't know why this kreate presets don't want to being installed

first file has both reshade preset and kreate weathers preset, use the new one with 30 weathers edited, download with mod manager, if you doing that manually then put it in Data folder with overwrite
upd: replaced file with just preset only

      Hi!
I installed the first file with MO2 and ticked it already, but when I go into the game I could not find the preset in KeatE UI I don't know why.

Hello!I downloaded KreatE preset with my modorganizer2 but when I got into the game I could not find ENBPLUS2 preset in KreatE UI preset section?
I leave it loading under KreatE on the left side of  MO2.
Any chance you might help me with this?
    Thanks.
