The procedure for the insult scene has changed. The kid now shouts 'hey!' to the NPC and the NPC will respond with 'huh?' and stop and look at the kid and wait for them to approach. This should stop kids chasing NPCs long distances and conflicting with other quests/scenes
Priority of the scene quest has been lowered for less chance of conflict with other quests/scenes
Alternate version and main version rolled into one main version
Kids that are seated no longer start insult scene
Player spouses are now blocked from being insulted
Jarls are blocked from being insulted via SPID. User can add NPC names to the ini file to block them from insults
After 50 hours of playtime i can say this is BY FAR my favorite Skyrim mod, in all my 1000+ mods this is the one who brings more life to the game... The way the NPC's interact with each other is simply fantastic and i can just imagine a mod like this but for all adult npcs that makes them talk to each other like Oblivion did.... and i think you sir are the only one who can make it with such level of good implementation and polish, so i pray that someday you will make it !!!!
I love you JobiWanUK ! much respect, take care boss
Thank God for JobiWanUK keeping Skyrim light-hearted. I can't have all your mods on at once though, otherwise the place descends into farting, belching, whistling, insulting and who knows what else. On that note, I'm not asking for an AIO ;)
I kind of know what you mean. I've got a few other mods in development and it gets a bit busy sometimes when I'm testing them. But this why on most of my mods you can make the percentage or frequency lower to make it not as much in your face.
some of the interaction can make npc quest delayed because the kids chase them all skyrim just to making fun of them and also broke some AI NPC they interact with if they havent finish interacting with each other when u proceed to change cell, can be fix simply by using resetAI console but still annoying to encounter
Hello Jobi !Excellent idea, well done.I see in the description "all made using vanilla assets", would you be able to tell if it is technically possible to make a localized version (audio), and if yes briefly explain how ?
Sorry maybe it is a silly question, I want the kids to be cheeky in my mother tongue and as you made it using vanilla asset, I'm wondering if it possible to do so
Language is french and don't mistake yourself, I'm not requesting you to do it =) But if you are able to drop few lines on how/where to start I can have a look
I wouldn't really know how. I use Lazy Voice Finder to get all the lines I want from the game files but I don't even know if it works in other languages apart from English.
You'd have to find all the same lines and rename the files to the names of the files in my mod. But some of them are spliced so you'd have to do that too. It's a huge task and you'd have to have a good understanding of both languages, how to edit sound files and how to replace audio files in Skyrim.
Just heard for the first time that kid in Ravenrock call this orc dude mammoth nose and I was breaking apart laughing. I am gonna get your for that. Awesome mod.

Whiterun market where Nazeem is arguing and then one of the local kids runs by with a taunt. That has yet to get old! π

Update is released, should address this.
