    When trying to dowload this with the NMM, it only gives an error message saying it can't be downloaded.

      I dont have the issue with downloading through NMM on my side, try downloading it directly and then importing to NMM manually.

      As Of 2018/24/02 still not able to manually install nor install through the nexus

      That is very strange as I tested redownloading with NMM and it worked fine, I will recheck with another archiving program.

      I couldn't download it to NMM either.. trying to manually install it.
