Let me know if you have any issues. I will iron out what I can. I am currently reaching out to a few mod authors to see if they will let me use their files to create one big npc overhual compilation. This is just the first step. Please upload pics as well. This mod cover many many more NPCs than are listed in the pictures. You can also layer other mods on top of it, as it is loose files. So for those of you who use such mods as bijin AIO, this plays very well with it.
UPDATE on upcoming overhaul: I have collected a huge list of permissions from a ton of awesome authors. The goal is a single overhaul with a single esp and bsa, with max compatibility. Currently incorporating IHoS, all the Bijin mods, some Disparity assets, some ethereal elven overhaul assets, 15 separate standalone follower assets as retextures for select NPCs and a few all new assets from a certain well known modder (will be a surprise!). Current requirements are USSEP, Cutting Room Floor, and Appachai Hair. As of 5 Sep it is getting ready to move into closed beta testing. Those wishing to help with it shoot me a message. Current hurdles are a few hdt issues, and some texture conversion issues, along with making sure it plays well in the current creation kit...ulgh.
Newest update: Been spending most of my time working on my new overhual compilation. However I just finished an update for this with some minor bug fixes and smoother looks. I'm going to be uploading it soon along with another version that keeps vanilla hair.
NEW UPDATE 17 July 2018. Sorry about being gone from this for so long. I'm a med resident and I got washed over RL stuff. My personal computer is currently down. I'll be able to update this in SEPT once I get back from the latest round of things and I have free time again.
Hey waylander. I noticed that the first MAIN FILE (style 1) doesn't have a complete USSEP edit. It has most of them but is missing 5 to 10% of the USSEP edits. I went through and edited all the records for USSEP and am putting a link here. Please feel free to do as you wish with it. If you decide to post it, let me know and i will take down the link. It is an esp only and is a replacer, meant to overwrite the original esp, (ONLY FOR STYLE 1) It will break the other main files. Inhabitants of Skyrim - NPC_Overhaul USSEP? (style 1) Since you didn't port the Vanilla Hair version, I thought I would send you mine and you can upload it as well if you desire. I also made a replacer esp for it with the USSEP edits. Inhabitants of Skyrim - NPC Overhaul Vanilla hair SE version 3 Inhabitants of Skyrim - NPC Overhaul Vanilla hair SE version 3 USSEP replacer esp Let me know when you want me to take this down and I will.
So I love this mod, but I keep getting a black face issue when I use it. I am unsure why this is the issue, I don't have other mods that would impact it other than SMIM (Static Mesh Improvement Mod). None of what I have read really applies since I only use this and that. Any ideas would be great. Also, I use version 2 since I have cutting room floor.
It seems USSEP causes conflict with some NPCS which seems to possibly be causing issues despite load order. The style 2 downoad says it has a USSEP patch however I opted for style 1, im not sure if style one includes a patch.
@ mainmarco: If you don't use any other NPC overhauls and get black/grey face, you probably have a patch that includes vanilla facegen. NPC replacers should be placed near the bottom of your load order with any patches directly under the NPC overhaul it patches.
Don't bother with this one until ApachiiSkyHair has been updated to form 44. Tried it myself but no luck. Just tells me invalid directory but I've updated quite a few mods now so I have no idea why ApachiiSkyHair won't update.
I know it's a super-late reply, but updating to form 44 is nothing you need to wait for. You can easily do it yourself by opening and saving the mod in the CK. For most mods it shouldn't really matter though.
It says the mod doesn't have any dependencies. So why does it require goodbrother? Can I remove that dependencies without any issues? I didn't really have any plans on playing the DB questline.
I am surprised that I cannot find on the Internet before/after pictures. Would be super useful. Usually there are many user-made videos for such mods. Anyone have one (maybe I failed my Google search)
This mod makes everyone far too human and similar, even the Orcs. I like the differences in races, the rough gutural look of the orcs for example, even if it makes the Orc females look ugly. Everyone looking like they walked out of a fashion show just really kills the immersion for me.

Edit: I spoke too soon. The problem just switched to other NPCs

Nice mod, I'm sure, but I'll move on.
