Would an Xbox port be possible? I'm just curious since this isn't on Xbox unfortunately, so that version's Ordo Legionis port has default, crossbow animations
This mod works, you just have to unzip the file archives and replace them with the files located in the game's folder.
On OAR (Shift + O), look for the crossbow animation and its filepath using the interface menu "Replacement animations"
In that tab, look for your crossbow animation. Once you find it, locate the file path. This is crucial. It should be (Data>Meshes>Actors>Character>Animations>Dynamic Animation Replacer>_Custom Conditions>"FOLDER_NUMBER">"YOUR RELOAD ANIMATION MODS HERE") path structure but could be different. This is the default filepath for the crossbow animations for character skeletons to use (Player/NPC)
Once you have found the file path go back to the contents of this mod's file archive and copy + paste ALL files included in this mod and REPLACE all mods with the same name. When you go in game, it should play the custom crossbow reload anim.
The way this works is that the game engine will play the vanilla file using this mod's custom animation for reloading and sneaking with a crossbow. Because DAR is not 64-bit architecture the original mod cannot be easily placed into game via NMM/MO2. However you can use the DAR to OAR tool to convert the files to paste into the animations folder.
