Added 14 more bird sounds - Nuthatch, Thrush, Whippoorwill, Sparrows, Bluebirds, Eagles, Cardinals, etc. All birds placed in specific regions for more diversity.
Added Roosters to towns to trigger between 6am and 7am

Hawks will call in Tundra regions, Woodpeckers in forests, & Seagulls on coasts. Owls and Bats will be heard at night in forested regions, while songbirds sing in the day. Crows will be abundant, especially in the swamp.
