You would still need this bugfix as Werewolf Feral Beast Run only modifies the vanilla run animation. Werewolf Animation and Sneak Extension has their animations separated into DAR/OAR conditions, so Werewolf Feral Beast Run would have no effect.
If you are referring to the Werewolf Animation Overhaul, then you don't need this.
