There are two main files (use only one or the other). Both require the Creation Club Vigilant Enforcer mod:

1. Standalone Version:  CC Vigilant Enforcer - Corrupted Armour For Vampires (distributes Corrupted armour to unnamed Vampire NPCs).
2. Full Version: CC Vigilant Enforcer - Corrupted Armour For Vampires (Full) (distributes all armour types to unnamed Vampires, Silverhand and Vigilant of Stendarr NPCs). Full version requires Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch - USSEP (default Vortex download file).

What the mod does:

Rather than fix the full armour sets directly to the NPCs they should now appear wearing the armour pieces mixed in with their vanilla outfits. The character or NPC must be level 9 and over to have the chance of these armour pieces appearing. No other mod edits are made, this is just a distribution mod.

Corrupted Armour For Vampire NPCs: Standalone and Full Version

In the Creation Club Vigilant Enforcer mod the character Fenrik wears the Corrupted armour. Fenrik is a Vigilant in the Creation Club Vigilant Enforcer quest Unholy Vigil. Fenrik contracted vamprism and entered into a contract with Molag Bal to cure it in exchange for sacrificing nine Vigilants. So who better to insult the Vigilants of Stendarr by wearing the Corrupted Vigilant armour than vampires themselves (who hunt Vigilants and inevitably destroy the Hall of the Vigilant).

Vampires have the chance to appear wearing pieces of the Corrupted Vigilant armour set (mixed in with their default outfit, no clipping) from level 9 upwards.
Does not touch named NPCs. ESL.

Silverhand Armour for Silverhand NPCs: Full Version Only

Silverhand armour belongs to the Silverhand. You can know this by the fact that in the Creation Club Vigilant Enforcer quest Unholy Vigil the Silverhand armour is placed on the table next to its owner's corpse (a Silver Hand) and is set aside from the nine places reserved for the sacrificed Vigilants. There is a note found with the Vigil Silver Hand armour set saying "We were to leave the Vigilants for the ritual, but this one fought with the Silver Hand." On examination of the body it continues: "The bite marks on the shoulder are curious. Need to rule out the possibility of werewolf contamination." So he was likely bitten at some point fighting a werewolf.

Silverhand have the chance to appear wearing pieces of the Silverhand armour set (including helmet, mixed in with their default outfit) from level 9 upwards. Does not touch named NPCs or bosses. ESL.

Vigilant Enforcer Armour for Vigilant of Stendarr Npcs: Full Version Only

Vigilant Enforcer armour belongs to Vigilants (hence the use of the word Vigilant).

Vigilants of Stendarr have the chance to appear wearing pieces of the Vigilant Enforcer armour set from level 9 upwards. Does not touch named NPCs. ESL.

Note due to clipping Vigilant Enforcer gauntlets do not spawn with Vigilant Robes they only appear when only when wearing the Vigilant Enforcer cuirass) and Vigilant Hoods do not appear with Vigilant Enforcer cuirass, they only with Vigilant Robes.

Let me know any issues or if any vanilla named NPCs wear armour from the Creation Club Vigilant Enforcer mod as only generic NPCs should and I will check it out.

Optional file: No Gauntlets On Robed Vigilants: (Full Version only): For those who don't like the Vigilant robes / heavy gauntlet clipping this outfit combination results in, this file simply removes them from robed Vigilants but Vigilant Enforcer armour will still appear with all the common types of heavy gauntlets that are normally available to Vigilants wearing robes. Example of gauntlet-robe clipping image below. If you don't mind the clipping then just ignore this file. Requires full version. ESL.
