Updates Dirt and Blood Expanded's plugin and MCM script for Dirt and Blood 2.34+

Dirt and Blood Expanded's plugin and MCM script requires an update in case any of Jayserpa's original scripts want to reference the recently-added formlist property. Animation patches didn't need to be updated.
What I've done:
- DNBE's quest record is an ITM of DB's. I've copied the 2.34 record over.
- DNB's 2.34 MCM script is linked to FormList Dirty_Exclusion and adds Actor Base forms at crosshair to this FormList when player manually cleans an NPC. I've forwarded both changes over to DNBE's MCM script.
There is one more discrepancy to do with the adding and removing of the wash spell/ability when the soap requirement is disabled. But I've judged that jagerguy didn't need this function.
This interim update is only relevant for DNBE 1.5.0. Compatible with DNB 2.34+ until the MCM script changes again. Please do not let anything overwrite this patch's files. This listing was uploaded per available permissions and will be removed if appropriate or when DNBE next updates.
