If you get an instant CTD when loading a save, check if you have Obsidian Weathers and Seasons installed. I needed to load Obsidian after this mod to resolve this issue (I am using the Precipice version of this mod). It does change the visuals from "black and white edge detection" to "coloured edge detection" but I still like how it turned out.
Edit: This actually seems to not be an issue anymore after converting this mod to form 44.
i feel it is incumbent upon me to say that i got this partially working with ENB,
here are the parts you will need, in addition to this mod (obviously),
Predator Vision, xEdit/zEdit, ENB with color correction
open this mod's .esp in xEdit. find the image space adapter section, and within it, the three effects. theyll be named something like "HunterThermalVisionImod". scroll down to the bottom on the right panel, and find the section called "Cinematic". drag the whole thing over from predator vision, over-writing the spectacular night vision changes. save.
in-game, set your predator vision brightness for both effects to at least 50.
make sure you have color correction enabled in your ENB.
this does not work with all effects, and of course you lose some of the effects for those it does work for. but at least with precipice, i can get the stark edge effect and color suppression to work.
Like someone before has pointed out, I found that Temeraire Vanilla requires NEO as a master. Maybe this issue also exists with other Vanilla versions, I haven't tested it. In case of Temeraire, I can say for sure that this is not a problem of the Fomod installer, but with the file itself.
To fix this as a user, install NEO and this mod, load this mod into SSEEdit and simply clean the masters. After that you can uninstall NEO again.
If the mod author intents to fix this, well, he can propably guess that he just has to clean every vanilla esp one by one and replace the old with the cleaned versions afterwards.
Every time I install this it lists the night eye overhaul as a requirement despite the installer making it seem you don't need it. Is this an oversight?
This is a port of the original Skyrim mod. To be honest, I don't know how to code the FOMOD installer, so I wouldn't be able to fix it myself without taking a fair amount of time to learn to redo the code. If you absolutely can't/won't install the NEO mod(Which I would recommend, it's a great mod), i would imagine that you could take the individual esp files and place them into your Data folder to install the mod manually.
You can absolutely take the individual ESPs and bypass the FOMOD. The ones you need will have "Vanilla" in the filename. Install whichever effect you prefer.
There's no danger in installing multiple vanilla ESPs from this pack. They will override one another (they all modify the same data), with the one furthest down your load order taking priority.

I made a simple video with no commentary that includes all the effects in the mod.
Feel free to feature the video on the description page if you want.
