An alternate version of the mod I made.
Generally balances weapons into 7 tiers with at least one light, medium and heavy weapon for each one.

Gave daedric weapons a fire enchant buff unlocked with Daedric Smithing, dwemer weapons a shock enchant buff unlocked with Ancient Knowledge, and took the "meh" out of Mehrunes' Razor by giving it more effects which happen twice as often on weak enemies

Makes weapons better, balances heavy weapons, buffs artifacts, reduces burden
