The patch need to be set last in your load order. If the problem persist, try install it manually, by unpacking the patch and copying the files into your Skyrim\Data folder.
Would you mind at all porting your patches over to Xbox? Specifically, the ones relating to Legacy of the Dragonborn. I'm wanting to use this set for my next character, but obviously I'd rather not if it means that I have a permanently blank spot on the wall in the Hall of Heroes and an armour stand that can never be filled downstairs. This way, I can have my cake and put it on display!
Actually, wait. Scratch that. On reflection, the build wouldn't really mesh well with LotD in terms of RP, so I'll be playing it without LotD installed. That said, I still really like the look of the alternate red glow for Wuuthrad and the Shield of Ysgramor, so if you're all geared up with nothing to port... I kid, I kid. I'm sure we'll see them on Beth.net before too long anyway.

Olá! As texturas para o machado padrão e os escudos já estão inclusos no pacote, por exemplo no "LoY - SE by Xtudo - Color - Wolf Brown 4K". Agora Wuuthrad não precisa, já que é toda metálica. Abraço!
Just to be extra clear on what I need to do for this to work, if I wanted the standalone fixes instead of the replacer, would I download the optional standalone version from nordwarua or the main file?
I have tried everything to get the mod to work on 1.5.97, I have tried every fix and even tried the backported extended ESL mod, I have zero mods that overwrite the companions armor and I still have a floating head and so do the companions lol

I have an 1.5.97 Skyrim version here, and it's working fine.
