"Settlements" is a mod containing few new little towns to accomodate you in your journey. 2 abandoned towns and 3 living ones are included in this mod. This may potentially be my last mod. I had to kick my butt to finish it, it was a work in progress for years. My heart was not at it at all, so you may notice i was a bit in a hurry and lazy. It is completely tested, though, and i did not cut corners on quality, at least. In each town, there is one or multiple copies of a book describing every one of them. Starting a new game before using is highly recommended! I don't have Skyrim SE, i can't guarantee it works as intended

Frostflake

Frostflake is an abandoned town located very close to the border with Morrowind, near Windhelm. What was previously Traitor's post is now part of Frostflake.

-Nothing to see here much. 2 destroyed buildings and an updated map marker

Reachwater

Reachwater is also an abandoned town. It is located where Reachwater Rock was. Well, it's still there, but the map marker situation changed.

-Not much to see here. There is a still functionning sawmill and an abandoned house slowly but surely put down by an unstable terrain

Hatchet

Hatchet is a small settlement located where the Alchemist's shack was. Not only the shack became a nice home, but every feature it had, it still has. It was supposed to become an alchemy store, but our alchemist went to collect ingredients and... he never came back. You better find him to get the key to his home.

-An inn
-A malachite mine
-A home for the miners
-A windmill
-A general store
-Home for the player which features: 2 alchemy tables, enchanting table, room for 2 kids (Fully compatible with Multiple Adoption Mod), smithing amenities, bathroom, planting soils inside and outside, named storage and more

Severock

Severock is a town located at the feet of a waterfall between Hillgrund's tomb, the abandoned prison and fort Amol. To be able to enjoy the player home, you will have to initiate the quest in Hillgrund's tomb as the previous owner has the key, and is currently in the said tomb.

-An inn
-A woodmill
-A blacksmith
-A general store
-Home for the player which features: alchemy table, enchanting table, room for 2 kids (Fully compatible with Multiple Adoption Mod), planting soils, named storage and more

Lake Febrith

This town near a lake is located just next to Largashbur. The player home is free from any effort to get a key. Just read the note at the doorstep. This town is made in honor of Febrith Darkstar, a YouTuber reviewing towns and player homes :)

-An inn
-An unused home, which is a demonstrator for a carpenters' business in Bruma
-A general store
-Home for the player which features: alchemy table, enchanting table, smithing amenities, bathroom room for 2 kids (Fully compatible with Multiple Adoption Mod), a room for a follower, planting soils in a garden, named storage and more

Credits

As much as i am usually obsessed by sorting stuff and taking notes, what follows is a mess! I got almost all the resources i use and include with my mods from a version of my mod made by Lierin. I then don't know exactly every author name or resource kit's name she used herself. I can nonetheless list you mod authors/folder names for the resources i used. I use a basic resource kit i premade before starting a new mod, so every resource is included, but maybe i did not use everything from the resource kit in each of my mod. Here are the mod authors/folder names for the resources i use in my mods: AARS - Jets - Mr Siika - Berticus0001 - bgfindfishys - crossroads inn - darkfox127 -fishmarket - insanity - jokerine - Lakeview - Lillith - lolicept resource - lor - Oaristys - Plants (CITS?) - runs - Scarla - Stroti - tesa - toystory

Note about the screenshots

Screenshots may vary from your experience, as i use few mods like Greener Skyrim Lite or GDelforge's Farmhouse Textures and others i may forget. There is also a lack of pictures, especially for interiors and the player home. As you can deduce, i'm a lazy one, so just go visit the places by yourself if you want to know how they look, ahahaha!
