Those textures are all on the chopping block. Will remake them all in time. Its because of the alpha map contesting the parallax height map. Something i learnt recently about riften.
For anyone still having this issue before it is fixed in an update, I found using this riften texture overhaul (Gravunlom) with the optional file "Fallforestgrass01" fixes this issue completely
I don't know what's going on, but I'm getting black textures when grassy terrain is slightly far away from me. If I'm right over it, it's fine. Nothing is overwriting this mod.

I really love this mod, best textures I've seen. Only issue is that the alphas used inside Riften are completely broken, even in vanilla. Texture seams everywhere on the ground because there is zero blending happening. I have the terrain blending fix mod installed and it works everywhere else in the game except Riften. Not sure what is going on there, but its really quite jarring. I'll definitely endorse once I can get this resolved :)
Would anyone happen to know how to load this mod's textures relative to things like DynDOLOD Resources? Seems like placing this mod after Resources is what's expected, considering it contains files like snow01lod.dds, but I just wanna be 100% certain
F**K, these textures look good. I was tripping out at the ice but realised that's what real ice can look like. Thanks to Terrain Blending Fix for pointing me in your direction. Are caves and other interiors meant to have parallax or should I find complimentary mods?
Wonderful lanscape! I was just walking around the swamp on my test build and saw this horrible seam, it disappears when I disable your main mod. There is no such thing on vanilla textures. FrozenMarsh Grid (-13 16)
