      IDK I just made this patch for anybody who wants to use it. I personally don't play with Jk's Whiterun Exterior, as I much prefer this : Ryn's Whiterun CIty Limits at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com) why dont you find out for people who may want to know...
