Im curious if this works with Vokriinator - Choice cuts and shall be testing that myself. as im simply not a fan of the one time use triple enchant perk.
As far as I can tell they do not work together.(just got to it). I have the twin enchantment from Vokriinator which is lvl 80 and it doesnt show itd have a second upgrade. Not sure how easy that will be to do given Vokriinator is a collection of perk overhauls but you could also add the effect as an enchant and make the item not unenchantable. Its a workaround a cheat room used for ps4 back in the day.
According to the book Twin Moons, you need to use both hands with each hand applying a different enchantment if you wish to put two enchantments on a single item. With that in mind, what body part are you using for the third one?
that would imply that lore wise in order to put 3+ enchantments on an object you would need 2 or more people working in tandem to make it and I imagine most attempts ending in failure
If you read the response to my question, the author states that this mod doesn't touch Twin Moons. I would guess the mod mechanics are different and you don't need a spell per hand for the enchantment. It's probably a mental thing.
The quest "Unfathomable Depths" is started at level 14 by talking to the armored Argonian on Riften's docks (see 4th image). The quest gives its own vanilla perk ("Ancient Knowledge") as a reward upon completion. This mod, however, edits the vanilla 2-effect Enchanting perk "Extra Effect" such that Extra Effect's requirements are much lower (it's normally the last perk of the tree; now it can be taken at 50 skill, after Storm Enchanter), and it has a new second rank - IF the player has completed the quest Unfathomable Depths and has 100 skill - that allows for placing 3 enchantments on one item. It doesn't actually touch the Ancient Knowledge perk, surprisingly.
And no, Immersive College of Winterhold is not a requirement, just "recommended" - as in "ICoW is good so I recommend that you try it." (ICoW really should simply be linked in the description, not potentially-confusingly marked as a requirement.)
Do they only show up after lvl 14? because I cant find them anywhere and am a bit worried. But I am only lvl 6 currently in the save im testing. Im trying to figure if this breaks Vokriinator.

@zclayton That's really useful information :) I was just being cheeky though
