Direct plugin replacer of Fantastic Cloaks mod including many changes. Also compacted to be a light plugin. Original is required.

Changes include:
- Compacted and flagged as light (espfe)
- Renamed the cloaks to be more lore-friendly
- Changed their type to "clothing"
- Adjusted keywords
- Adjusted stats; removed armor rating from cloaks, reduced value and weight to be reasonable
- Added crafting recipes, so no need to use AddItemMenu/QUI anymore
