About this mod

Adds a dialogue option to offer to buy beggars some clothes that are not ragged or torn. Covers all vanilla beggars excluding Dervernin because he's already wearing common clothes.
Doesn't change any vanilla records.

Changelogs
I just wanted to give that old girl Silda some warm clothes ok, and I want to do it in game withouth using console commands. The other beggars are just... extras.
Every beggar got 2 voicelines (reused and spliced), it's not much but I did try to give them a tiny little bit of character.
The dialogue appears after you befriend the NPC, and when you have at least 100 gold the "let me help" option will show up.
Doesn't give you the speech +10 bonus, just give them a septim if you need that ok.

About the outfits:
The outfits are premade, you don't get to choose clothes for them, sorry! I think there are mods that let you change outfit for NPCs tho.
Most of the outfits are fitting for a commoner, nothing too fancy, the only exception is that I gave Brenuin the same clothes that Nazeem wears and a better headwrap to show superiority.
All vanilla items, will use your meshes and textures.
If you want a NPC to wear something different, it's as easy as making a new outfit to replace the one I use in a patch.

Optional files:
Doesn't require main file and contains all main file content.
File 1:  Replaces Brenuin's outfit to be less expensive.
File 2:  Adds support for mod added beggars, works on any beggar that you can give a septim to. (Meaning they are in FavorJobsBeggarsFaction but not in FavorExcluedFaction) You still have to befriend them first. The outfit is randomly generated each time, with warmer ones being generated in cold cities (Windhelm, Dawnstar, Morthal, Winterhold).

Compatibility:
Shouldn't conflict with anything since no vanilla records were changed.
