ESP that adds a modified Elden catalyst staff using the Staff enchantment rather than the other spell catalyst keyword.
I have legit never used XEdit before and It's 2am now...

Casting Staffs/Staves is purely an extension of 
Elden Catalyst by Erthanese that uses a standard Conjuration staff as the base and casts the Catalyst effect. All this achieves is playing the right animations, since in my game the default staves were acting like Maces. 

There are two staves included:
  • "Conjuration Casting Staff"
  • "Magnus Casting Staff" [This one is broken, I tried using the included Elden Catalyst staff as a base and changing the animation type, but it didn't work]

To get them either use Additemmenu or (since it wasn't working for my SE ver. yet) use the console:
>help "Casting Staff" 4 "WEAP"

This should list the two staves with the term "Casting staff" of type "Weap"/weapon  (Pro tip you can use this syntax to find anything in the Console)

Then put the formID and how many you want in this command:
>player.additem <FormID> <Qty>
