I haven't gotten the hammer yet, but I would assume it's most likely world saving stuff, like beating Alduin, Harkon, Miraak, completing quest mods like Falskarr and Wyrmstooth, etc.
Naught. It's not like the Divine Crusader set. No prerequisites, no limitations on who can use it, no needing to pray to a bunch of shrines, nothing, just find the thing and carry it if you can (it weighs 100 units of weight (and no the units of weight in game are NOT pounds)).
put a goddamn quest marker or location on the map after it lands it s seriously annoying to have to peer your eyes for hours to find it. mine landed near old hroldan so you can imagine the joy of having to look for a crater in the goddamn reach
Would be cool to have a little cheat sheet in the images of the different spawn locations for the hammer on the map. I spent a good while looking for it and then when it finally landed I managed to miss where it hit and had to spend even longer.
