Removes domestic animals still magically alive.

Everyone's dead, there's no one to tend to cows, goats, chicken and yet here they are, safe and sound without anyone feeding them.
Well, no more.
I've set them as both Starts Dead and Initially Disabled, but when tested on new game, they're still there, just dead.
Results may vary in your game but either way they're gotten rid of.
Works only when starting new game. Won't affect existing saves.
There are still a few left, like the unique Lucky (name checks out) goat in Dragon Bridge, wandering wild goats and dogs.
