Phase 1 Complete: Basic houses added to each vanilla hold.
Phase 2 Complete: Find a way to fix the downloading and installing to work better with NMM and Vortex.
Phase 3 Complete: Update all houses to same quality.
Phase 4 Complete: Combine updated houses to 'all-in-one" file. Including the ability to toggle present houses through a menu(to help avoid mod conflicts)
    Intended phases to follow:
    5) "Legendary Edition"
    6) "Deluxe Edition"

All comments are very very much appreciated. Thank you all for downloading this mod and I hope to create and maintain a standard you'll all continue to enjoy.

Legeendary Edition is under way, however due to life conditions(having to move houses being the big one) it is temporarily on pause. I do check these comments regularly however!

SSEEdit v4.0.3 found 157 ITM records and 7 deleted navmeshes. It is strongly recommended not to use mods that contain deleted navmeshes as they're known to cause crashes. Deleted navmeshes must be corrected manually (a complex process that should be done by the mod author)

This mod needs to be cleaned by SSEEdit. There are 169 ITM records and 7 deleted navmeshes. The deleted navmeshes will have to be removed by the mod author since they can cause crashes.

Thank you, I was unaware of my need to do this; it has been cleaned and updated.

Thank you so much! You are the only mod author that has responded and done something about it. All the ITM records and deleted navmeshes are gone, amazing! You have earned an endorsement from me, keep up the good work! :D

Hi, I just dowloaded your Party Mix and it still has 157 ITM's and 7 deleted navmeshes. I just thought that I would let you know. I can fix the ITM's but not the navmeshes.

I like the housing, they're quite comfy. However one of them caused me a CTD when I try entering (I think it was the Hjaalmarch tower)

    Thanks for the mod!

      Hi, Sorry about the delay!
I'm not really in the Skyrim mood/mindset these days, but I have a responsibility. I will look into this and attempt to fix it ASAP.

I have replicated your CTD and am working on repairing it. Once I get everything reinstalled, this shouldn't take long.

Update: Fixed. Best I could figure out, the interior cell of the house corrupted during the merge. it has been replaced with a previous version. Thanks for playing this mod :)

Long time missing. but asking a quick question:
What things added in the DLC's "Hearthfire", "Dragonborn", and "Dawnguard" would you want to see in some of these houses, and which ones?

Additional note: I'm happy to simply give blanket permission as follows:
If you want to make a patch to allow this mod to interact with another in some way(LAL extension, Multiple adoption patches, etc) feel free.

Can you make a version of this where all the homes are Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions friendly? I like the mod, and would like to be able to move my spouse/kids into these homes.

Definitely an interesting concept. If it's possible to do without adding any external mod requirements, I'll consider adding it to Legendary Edition.

the Multiple Adoption mod files include a txt file that details the requirements for compatibility. I believe all of them are assets from the base game/hearthfire

The End Of The Road house has 4 shelves surrounding a chair that look like a reading corner but they don't actually function as bookshelves. Any chance you might change this?

I am aware of this situation. The problem is as follows
The shelves were placed before I learnt how to make bookshelves. Upon trying I found them to actually be too shallow, placing any books on the shelf caused collision issues. However, they're the only shelves that look good in that placement.

Phase 6 "Deluxe" will contain custom assets, I will make note of your request and see if it's possible to fix this at that point.

This is great. Have you considered a LAL extension to allow the player to start in one of these homes, perhaps as part of a backstory related to the type of home?

I had not considered this, no. Since I use Skyrim Unbound rather than LAL. I will think about it though, it might be fun.

These are great. Compact, good layouts, feature most of the amenities and they're not full of trash clutter like most other house mods.

Hi, great homes. Is there a possibility of an all in one to have one esp for the whole lot? Thanks either way great mod.

I intend to have an all-in-one esp when I have completed one house for each hold. If I can make it that you can have all in one but also have individual houses toggleable in a menu, that would be ideal. The current reason for having separate files is to minimize location based conflicts with other larger mods.

Sounds like a great idea to toggle the houses in a menu. Thanks for replying.
