About this mod

Store stuff in your backpacks! (or other bags, pouches, packs, etc)

Any backpack can be opened to store items inside it. Each backpack has its own storage and you can drop them around the world to set up storage caches.

Changelogs
There are a few ways to open backpacks:
 - Use the Open Backpack power when you're wearing a backpack.
 - Use the Open Backpack power when there's a backpack in your crosshair.
 - (Dynamic Activation Key addon) Equip a backpack in your inventory while the dynamic activation key is held down.
 - (Dynamic Activation Key addon) Hold down the dynamic activation key when you're looking at a backpack to get an "Open" prompt.

The first time you open a backpack you'll be prompted to rename it if you want to - recommended so you don't mix them up.

When you open a backpack it plays a little animation (can be disabled) and then you can add and remove items, like any normal container. Works with any mod-added backpack that takes the usual backpack slot (47).

The capacity of each backpack is limited, configurable in the MCM. Also in the MCM you can enable/disable animations and add/remove the Open Backpack power.

Recommend using Show Follower Carry Weight so you can see how much room is left when you have a backpack open.

If you're not using the Dynamic Activation Key add-on, recommend Focused Power Slot and a hotkey mod so you can essentially have a backpack hotkey.

Also included is an optional re-balance of Creation Club backpacks. It sets the weight and carry bonus of the backpacks to 20, since a backpack is bulky, but the one you're wearing won't take up any weight, and they all provide additional carry capacity via their storage.

Compatibility for Other Item Types
Other item types are supported if you're using the DAK add-on. Just add new lines to the KID file with the item slots you want - see the optional RealBackpacks - DAK - Bandolier file for an example.

Limitations
Once you've opened a backpack you can't store it, or others of the same type, inside of other backpacks. This is for both technical and realism/balance reasons.
If you add other item types, don't enchant or temper an item that's been used as a pack, or you could lose access to the items inside it.

Installation
Make sure you have the requirements installed: SKSE, SkyUI, Papyrus Extender, JContainers, UIExtensions

OAR is an optional requirement; with it you'll have an improved animation when you open a backpack.

If you're using the Dynamic Activation Key add-on, also install that and Keyword Item Distributor.

Make sure you have some backpack mods installed or this mod is pointless - it does not include any backpacks.

If you're using Creation Club backpacks, you may want to install the optional CC Backpacks re-balance.
