Hey, I'm trying to make a few HPH conversions of various Bijin and Pando NPCs, but having a bit of trouble getting the meshes in game without crashing. I'm using HiPoly generator GUI.
Basically convert the nif with sse nif optimizer, run the HiPoly tool, and fix texture paths in nifskope.
I'm pretty sure my .esp is correct and my problem is in the mesh (I even compared then to yours in sseedit). Am I missing something? Could you give a quick overview of your conversation process?
Well, I figured out what I was missing. For anyone who tries this, keep in mind that the HiPoly GUI doesn't swap out the eyebrow meshes, so you'll have to do that yourselves.
Also, how did your get your smoothing so close to the original mesh's sculpt? It looks fantastic!!
You (or someone) should definitely look into making individual versions, I bet it'd be popular. If permissions allow of course. There are so many replacers to mix and match these days, a big AIO pack like Bijin becomes unwieldy.
I have Bijin Wives BHUNP SE overwriting for body meshes and my textures already. I would really like the poly head on Bijin's version without messing up Bijin Wives BHUNP SE with Bijin AIO de-standalone... I am past the need for that. That's my conception of it all. Maybe I need to understand why your mod needs AIO to make Ysolda high poly head. Seems irrelevant. I guess she can be old school low graphics until.... the replacements do not capture the character like Bijin.
A head-up for those who want to use this with easynpc, the plugin wont load and it cant be detected. Even if you make the build, it will give you freezes in whiterun when she is around (as in my case). The solution ig (that I didn't try) is treating it as the likes of project jkj and hbb but with a catch, you need bijin AIO as well. So just don't use it with that tool. If anyone can figure out a workaround please do fill me in as I love this overhaul
stupid question, this mod dependent on "Bijin AIO.esp" would there be problem if I choose this "set as face" in EasyNPC? it's soon going to be my first time solving conflict using EasyNPC

If I were to do the same task now, I would use a blender.
Will you do Vex from Bijin NPCs? There isn't many Vex replacers out there as good as that.
