Is this compatible with another spider sound replacer mod Arachnid -Spiders Sounds Rework SFX? I really like the sounds of spiders from that mod, especially the sound of death, but the sound of breathing in a calm state is too loud and, in my opinion, implausible. I can hear them even when they are very far behind the walls.
Friendly FYI. Spiders do, in fact breathe--their lungs are called "book lungs" that are a series of openings in their bodies that can expand and contract, allowing air to passively flow over them. I suppose it's possible that with a spider the size of a frostbite spider, you could hear the process. I always thought the sound they made was more due to their chelicera and mandibles munching and moving as they get ready to eat you. Regardless, going to try this out and see how bad the jump scares get!
Thanks. And yes, i know that they "breathe" through book lungs. But not this loud. My brother has a brachypelma boehmei. Only thing i hear is "when" he moves you hear some rustling sound from legs. But that is all. I do not tend to stay around long enough to find out if breathe sound can be heard. If i stay to long around it, i will stop breathing myself.
OMG, whyyyyyyyyyyyyy? LOL! I'm going to try this because your muted footsteps mod worked great and didn't freak me out. I'm sure I'm just shaking cos caffiene or malnutrition or something. Yes, that's it...I'll try it out this evening and let you know how it plays with the arachnophobes!

Arachnid - Spiders Sounds Rework does not toch the files from my mod as far as i know.
If they do, let my mod overwrite.
