To quickly change the makeup for any version, you need to go to your Game Data file:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data
Then go to Textures\actors\character\facegendata\facetint\Asmodeus_PetaJ.esp or .esl
There you will find 4 different textures, the main one consisting of 8 numbers .
1 - Rename the main by adding an extension
ex: 00000000__4
2 - Rename the one you are interested in, remove the extension "__?" but keep the 8 numbers of the ID
And that's it, all you have to do is launch your game and enjoy the character.
