Refactored some code
Added Dynamic Enchanting. Similar to Dynamic Tempering, items now have a chance to be enchanted. Also similar to Dynamic Tempering you can disable that part of the system as well as choose the rates. Items that are enchanted will be based off the player or actors level. This way you will not get overly powered enchanted items on low level enemies, and your player will not find overpowered items from containers in the world. This will only work moving forward as this system is built into the dynamic tempering. So it could be some time before you start seeing random enchanted items.
All base enchantments are included within the base mod. I've also included a file to add Thaumaturgy enchantments as well. If you want to add enchantments from any other mod you can see my existing files for examples

Fixed hotkey keybind from turning off widget on key up
Added in a hotkey timeout. Use the option ToggleDuration in the ini to set the duration in seconds. When set to 0, the widget will stay on the screen until the hotkey is pressed again
The hotkey will no longer turn off the widget when HideWithWeaponsSheathed=true and your weapon is unsheathed. The hotkey will work when your weapon is sheathed
