As to ideas: I modified some of them in my own game to be very translucent and "wispy" and liked it a lot. Much less cartoon like. Also very subtle black and white ones kind of give a rationale for why the character can fly without standing out so loudly against the NPC's.
Animated Wings Ultimate 1.2.0 has been released and it now includes these fairy wings as separate variants, position/scaling fixes, a bunch of integrated, configurable gameplay enhancements, and optional integrated flight support! Go check it out! https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/34571
Hello, thank you so much for your amazing work! Have you thought about including a patch for RaceMenu with an option to choose the color of the fairy wings? Thank you very much for your attention.
It's kind of a pain, (i did it once in Oldrim) but you can enchant an item you want them to wear with the console commands: playerEnchantObject <ItemID> <mgef> This might help: https://www.reddit.com/r/skyrim/comments/mwuq5/list_of_mgef_ids_magic_effects_to_use_in/ You'll need the mgef id of the wings. I remember enchanting a circlet and it gave my no name witch follower (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/9233) wings when equipped. Good luck, sorry I couldn't help more.
Can anybody get this in what the pictures say is "original"? The original isn't actually white, it changes colors, but I have no clue how to use Nifskope to change the shading on both the inside and outside. The description on the Animated Fairy Wings SE says there was a white variant and had a link, but that no longer exists...
