      Yes. It is a ESP-FE, so it has the ESL flag in the record header. You can flag as light through your mod manager.

   Given what the Great Collapse was, it doesn't make a lot of sense for the ruins ever to have been smoldering in the first place.
   
   Well done.
   
   I think you may need to add more notes on compatibility. There are a *lot* of mods out there that make changes to Winterhold and its environs.
