I have installed this and visited Bromjunaar, but I haven't noticed any changes to what it looked like originally, so I'm trying to figure out why I'm not seeing a change. I also use Live Another Life, alternate start. Do I need to complete telling Jarl Balgruuf about the dragons before changes become active?
My first question is, are you sure the mod is enabled? I have no idea what Live Another Life would or wouldn't do here, but I do know that I tested this on a completely clean game, no plugins beyond this, and everything was there. I have also tested it on a heavily modded game, and it should be working. A quick way to test it from the main menu would be to hit the tilde '`' bring up the console, and type COC LabyrinthianPriestSanctuary, That should take you directly to the cell.
