I believe the meshes are referencing to a texture for the in textures\universal\ENBLightGlow.dds that's not provided in the downloaded file.

rename 'SD's Radiant Horn Candles 2k' folder to 'meshes' folder. MO2 complains about the data directory ;)

Nice! I made this exact same mod , everything with mine seems to be working fine so far but I’m going to use yours instead because I’m relatively low level at modding and I trust yours more haha! Endorsed!
