not if you use a mod that disable the fact that Bethesda disable achievements for using mods. yeah I know, Bethesda is so stupid. anyway short answer is yes. long answer is no if you use another mod specially made to let you get your achievements.

Thanks, I got it to work. New to skyrim modding so I ran into some serious game breaking corruption yesterday that I thankfully managed to restore. I managed to figure it all out with the help of this youtube tutorial.
i highly recommend you check this guide out, it's up to date and always has provided a flawless base setup that fixes up the game before adding content mods to it. i also suggest to NOT use LOOT as it is an automated system that can't take into account the nuances of a large modlist and can and will break load orders.
